Quality Logistics is now recruiting for company drivers and owner operators. We offer professional drivers one of the best compensation packages in the industry. Working for us is not just a job, it’s a lifestyle. Quality drivers receive all the miles they can handle and are home on a regular basis. The longest our drivers are away from base is approximately 10 days or the time it takes to go to Seattle and back.

Good equipment makes a difference. So you won’t find a Quality Logistics Driver with anything but the best.

Though most of our trucks are Peterbilt we operate a variety of brands including Freightliner, Kenworth and International. The majority have series 60 engines with 10 speed transmissions. You will have plenty of horsepower for the mountains. All of our trucks are comfort sleepers and many are walk in condos. Our goal is to put you in equipment that you are comfortable operating.

Drivers Application

Driver Requirements

  • Hiring Teams,  Solo and Local Company Drivers
  • CDL-A License required
  • Minimum of 24 years old
  • 3-year Class A CDL driving experience
  • No DUI or DWI convictions in the past 3-years
  • No felony convictions
  • No more than one at-fault accident in past 3-years
  • No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3-years
  • Must be able to pass a DOT physical, drug screen and alcohol test
  • Random Drug Testing

Available through Quality Logistics/United Truckers Association

  • Workman’s compensation
  • Complete benefit packaging including Health, life, vision and dental insurance
  • Disability and Occupational Accident Insurance
  • Physical Damage – 2% of cash value of tractor
  • 401k Plan

Owner Operators

Quality Logistic’s goal is to remain the leader in contractor pay. You will receive:

  • $1.30+ FSC/mile for loaded miles
  • $1.05 + FSC/mile for empty miles
  • $50/hour for local driving.
  • $37.50 per stop after the first stop or pick up.
  • $150 if not dispatched within 24/hr after reporting being empty when over 150 mi from home.
  • 100% of detention and layover pay if received by the customer

Requirements for Owner Operators

  • Three years old or newer preferred at the time of leasing (Teams)
  • Tractor must pass a complete DOT inspection
  • Proof of payment of Federal Highway Use Tax (Form 2290)
  • Federal ID# and Social Security#
  • Proof of insurance
  • Copy of bill of sale
  • Copy of title
